Team Members have some of the most important jobs in our restaurants, whether its making sure that guests are receiving the genuine hospitality we’re known for or taking care of the details that make our restaurants run. Some of our positions include Server, Bartender, Server Assistant, Line Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher, Utility and Porter (NY only).


CertifiedTrainer


Being a Certified Trainer is a reward for outstanding performance. It means you’re a Best-In-Class expert in your area(s), and the perfect person to train new Team Members. It’s a vital role in our growth as well as yours.


Team Lead


A stepping-stone to management, this is an hourly supervisor position with leadership responsibilities. You’ll have a role in teaching, training and developing a team around you.


Manager


Being an Assistant Manager is about taking ownership of your team. You’ll coach, lead, develop and engage the team you’ve put together to do its job. You’ll also support the Ted’s values and make sure we stay true to our commitments to people, guests and communities.


Culinary Manager


Ted’s is proud to be a fresh food restaurant, and as Culinary Manager it’s your job to execute our philosophy of scratch cooking in small batches. It’s a key position that demands strong leadership, attention to detail and quality control.


Senior Manager


A Senior Manager lives and breathes the Big Sky Spirit and fully embraces the Ted’s culture. Your leadership and commitment to Ted’s, not just in your restaurant but your entire region, puts you in position to take the next step and become a Ted’s Proprietor.


Proprietor


Our Proprietors share the same maverick spirit that Ted’s was founded on, to challenge the status quo and never compromise. You’ll be invested in your business in every way, and develop your managers to share the same commitment.
