The kitchen at Ted's Montana Grill is not gluten-free but every attempt is made to meet your
gluten-free needs. The analysis is based on the information available at time of
publication. The following menu items are gluten-free or can be ordered with the
suggested changes to be gluten-free. Always request items be prepared on cleaned
surfaces or utilizing clean bowls and utensils. Ask your server if there are recent
recipe changes.
Salads
All salad dressings are gluten-free, except Blue Cheese and Creamy Vinaigrette.
Order all salads without croutons and mixed in a clean bowl.
- Cobb Salad - Order without croutons and mixed in a clean bowl.
- Grilled Chicken or Salmon Caesar - Order without croutons and mixed in a clean bowl.
- Grilled Salad - Order without croutons and mixed in a clean bowl. Choose any of the toppings and allowed dressings.
Side Dishes
- Green beans, baked squash and creamed spinach are not gluten-free.
- Order tomato, broccoli, asparagus or carrots.
- Sweet potatoes, baked potatoes and mashed potatoes (no gravy) are gluten-free.
Blue Plate Specials
All salad dressings are gluten-free, except Blue Cheese and Creamy Vinaigrette.
Order all salads without croutons and mixed in a clean bowl.
- Roast turkey - Order without dressing. See appropriate side dishes above.
Burgers and Brick Chicken
- Order all burgers and brick chicken without the bun.
- Can add salad.
- Veggie Burger does contain gluten.
Featured Entrées
The following dinner entrees are gluten-free and the following sides are
acceptable: Mashed potatoes, baked potato, sweet potato, tomato or
vegetable of the day except baked squash, creamed spinach and green beans.
- Prime Rib
- Fresh Cedar Plank Salmon - Can order with broccoli, asparagus or
carrots. Horseradish or tartar sauces are gluten-free.
- Bison or Beef Tenderloin Filet
- Bison or Beef Kansas City Strip Steak
- Bison or Beef Delmonico
- French Dip - Can order without the bun
Kids Menu
- Sliders - Order without rolls.
