Dairy Allergy/Lactose Intolerance
The following are suggestions for ordering based on your level of dairy or lactose sensitivity:

  • Request that your entrée be cooked in a separate frying pan without butter or lemon butter.
  • Request that entrées be prepared with olive oil.
  • Order all sandwiches without toppings containing cheese or sauteed mushrooms and onions.
  • For all sandwiches prepared on a bun, request to not "float your bun."
  • Order green beans, broccoli, asparagus and carrots steamed without butter.
  • Order all salads without cheese or croutons, which contain dairy.
