CEDAR PLANK SALMON

Oven-roasted on a cedar plank with garlic mashed potatoes, country-style green beans and fresh horseradish sauce

PECAN-CRUSTED TROUT

Lightly seasoned and grilled fillet with traditional remoulade, fresh-cut fries and fresh coleslaw

SALT-AND-PEPPER TROUT

Grilled in olive oil, lightly seasoned with fresh lemon and salt and pepper, topped with corn and tomato salsa. Served with roasted asparagus and vine-ripened tomatoes

BRAISED BISON SHORT RIBS

Slow-braised and basted in classic BBQ sauce with garlic mashed potatoes and country-style green beans  (Saturday only)

ROAST TURKEY AND DRESSING

Slowly oven-roasted with garlic mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, dressing, country-style green beans and cranberry sauce  (Sunday only)
